THE GEAR

I shoot on a Canon EOS Rebel XSi. Most of my shots are taken with a Tamron 18-270mm /f3.5-6.3 or a Canon 50mm/f1.8 lens with the ES-62 lens hood. Sometimes, I enhance the colour of some of my pictures but most are merely cropped and sized for use on WordPress. I use Adobe Photoshop CS4 to work with my pictures.

Most of my first drafts are typed on paper before being input into my computer. I type on a c. 1930s Underwood Noiseless.

When it comes time to get ink on my fingers, it usually comes from this, my late father’s Mont Blanc fountain pen. I also have the ballpoint and mechanical pencil from the Meisterstuck set.

I stream audio and record my podcasts through a Behringer Xenyx 1204FX  mixer and an Apex 435 condenser microphone.

And they all live peacefully in my office…
